As 2024 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on our shared victories, thank you for your unwavering support, and share the ambitious plans we have for 2025. At AzCDL, we never lose sight of our mission to defend the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (RKBA) and to ensure that every citizen of Arizona retains that right, as enshrined in Article 2, Section 26 of the state Constitution.
We are gearing up to begin 2025 with a bang! Here’s what we’re tackling to ensure Arizona’s gun laws remain among the best in the nation.
Our 2025 Legislative Agenda
-Campus Carry: Empowering CCW holders the ability to defend themselves on campus.
-Preemption Violation Penalties: Ensuring municipalities comply with state law.
-Suppressor Freedom: Enhancing firearm accessory rights.
-Two School Safety Bills: Making schools safer for our children while respecting constitutional rights.
And we’re actively exploring additional opportunities to protect your rights.
Municipal Code Audit
We are conducting a systematic review of every municipal code in Arizona to identify and eliminate any ordinances that violate the state constitution or firearms statutes.
Litigation
We won’t hesitate to file legal challenges against unconstitutional measures to ensure your rights are not infringed.
Gun Control Defense
We are fully prepared to stop any and all gun control legislation introduced in 2025.
Your Support Makes This Possible
The battles ahead require strength, strategy, and unwavering resolve. Your support—whether through membership, donations, or volunteer efforts—fuels our ability to fight for your rights. Together, we have achieved incredible victories, and with your continued backing, we will do even more in 2025.
As we head into this new year, please consider renewing your membership, making a donation, or sharing our mission with like-minded Arizonans. Every bit of support makes a difference in our fight for freedom.
Wishing you a joyful holiday season. Let’s make 2025 a year to remember for freedom, safety, and liberty in Arizona!
Stay Frosty,
