If you are a current AzCDL member and would like our volunteers to create a new RTS account, or activate and existing account, at an official RTS terminal, please provide the following information.

It may take a week or longer for our volunteers to arrange their time to travel to the Capitol to create or activate your RTS account. When your RTS account is created or activated we will contact you via email.
